So You Think You Can Dance....and not the reality show!

Spontaneous Dance parties…they are contagious.
They make me smile.
They prove that our everyday stuffy world can break loose and simply enjoy themselves and have a good time no matter who is around.

Check out some spontaneous dance parties that have happened all over the world.

Philadelphia
Organized two months in advance, this video is super-cool because the organizer explains a little bit about her motivation. Approximately 40 dancers busted moves on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art (of Rocky fame).
(She organized this party by coming up with a musical routine, posting the dance instructions on the Internet for perfect stragners to see and telling whoever saw this video to learn the dance and meet at the Museum of Art at a particular time and date! genius!)

Seattle
Whether you support Obama or not, the excitement on the evening of his election is undeniable. Along Broadway in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, this dance party erupted as people screamed the lyrics of “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey.

Liverpool Street Station
Filmed last year for a British T-Mobile commercial

Quincy, Washington
At the 2009 Sasquatch Music Festival, one man with a mission created a huge dance party during Santogold’s set.

Ok so who is down?!!!! Spontaneous dance party in Charlotte?!!!!
